SUNLIT INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Gomti Nagar Vistar, over at the EWS Sector-6/10 area in Lucknow. It’s one of those parts of the city that is still finding its feet, lots of construction everywhere you look. We do infraventure work, which basically means we are involved in building things and getting land ready for whatever comes next. The office is pretty simple. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations because most of our work happens outside on the sites anyway. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy with paperwork. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right materials show up and the workers know what they are doing. We are just a bunch of regular guys working in the Lucknow real estate sector. Nothing too complicated about it. We see a lot of people moving into this part of Gomti Nagar lately. It’s busy and noisy with all the trucks, but that’s a good sign I suppose. We like being here because it feels like we are right in the middle of where things are actually happening. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us answering the phones and meeting people at the sites. We try to be honest about how long things take and what we can actually do. It's just a job like any other, but we take it seriously enough.
