SUKHDHAM URBANDEVELOPERS LLP is based in Lucknow. Our office is in Gomtinagar, right at 1/93 Vijay Khand. If you know the area, it’s a pretty busy part of town. We work on urban development, which usually means looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful. We are not some giant company from Delhi; we are local to Lucknow and we understand how things work here. The office is just a regular room where we sit and talk about plans. There is always tea being made and people coming in to talk about their property. It gets noisy sometimes because Vijay Khand is always active. We don’t have a marketing team to make us look bigger than we are. We just do the work we get. Building and developing stuff takes a lot of patience, especially with all the paperwork involved in this city. We handle the daily grind of it. Some people might find our way of doing things a bit old-fashioned, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up some good buildings and help the city grow a little bit where we can. You can find us there most weekdays unless we are out at a site checking on progress. It’s just how we make a living and we have been at it for some time now.
