STSV Developers Private Limited is based in the Ahibaranpur II area, specifically Yogi Nagar in Lucknow. Our office is at 538/159A, which is part of the Triveni Nagar II area off Sitapur Road. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes sense because a lot of what we do is local development. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we are right here in the neighborhood. Sitapur Road is always busy, and being near Triveni Nagar keeps us close to where the action is. We started this company to help with the growing need for housing and local infrastructure in this part of Lucknow. It’s not always easy managing the different sites, but we have a small team that keeps things organized. We don't use any slick corporate language because that’s not who we are. We are just local builders and developers. Sometimes the paperwork for new builds takes longer than we'd like, but that's just part of the job.
