We are set up in Flat No. 401 at Butlar Heights, which is on Deva Road in the Chinhat area of Lucknow. It’s a decent spot, though we spend way more time on the ground at our project sites than we do in the office. Kantipuram is a growing part of town, so there is always something being built nearby. We started this infrabuild business because we knew how to handle the local conditions. Our office is usually a bit of a disaster, with piles of invoices and samples of plumbing fixtures everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing about a delivery of steel or trying to fix a printer. It’s just the reality of running a small business. We deal with the typical Lucknow heat and the traffic on Deva Road every single day. It can be exhausting, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project through to the end. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just try to stay organized and keep our workers busy. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the materials show up at the right place. We’re just regular people trying to make a go of it in the construction world. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the hours and get it done.
