STMR Khan Developers Private Limited is located over in Lucknow, specifically on Begariya Road in the Dubagga area. Our office is at C/O 602/1793, which is part of Mohd Sajid Ahmed’s place. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, and the roads near Kakori can be a little rough sometimes, but we like it out here. The area is changing quite a bit with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We spend most of our time dealing with land and development stuff. The office itself is pretty basic, just some chairs, a couple of old fans, and plenty of folders filled with site maps. We don't have a big staff, so whoever is in the office usually ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing government forms. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so that’s usually when we take a break for some tea and a chat. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the neighbors and the local shops well. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy meetings. Most of our business happens over the phone or while standing on a dusty plot of land. It’s just how things work in this part of Lucknow. We focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep moving forward without making things too complicated for ourselves.
