Sthal Ventures LLP is located right in the middle of things at Shop No. B-2 on the third floor of Raja Ram Kumar Plaza. Being in a plaza means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise, but it keeps us connected to what is happening in Lucknow. Our office is a simple one. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where we come to work every morning. We handle different kinds of ventures, mostly focusing on local projects and business needs. The third floor is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we like it here. It is a good central spot for meeting people from all over the city. We don't spend our time writing big mission statements or promotional stuff. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we have a lot of people in and out, and other times it’s quiet enough to get through the pile of paperwork on the desk. Most of our work comes from people we already know or people who have heard about us from others. We try to be honest about how long things take and what the costs are going to be. It's just a small operation with people who care about doing a decent job for the neighbors. We have been in this plaza for a while and plan to stay.
