We are Ssdl Real Estate And Developers Private Limited, located over at Nabab Ali Ka Purwa in the Gusiganj area of Lucknow. If you’re familiar with the 227125 area, you know it’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which we actually like. It gives us a bit of space to breathe. We deal with land and building projects, mostly around this side of town. It’s not a glamorous job. A lot of it is just walking around plots of land, checking boundaries, and figuring out where the pipes should go. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Our office is simple and practical because we’d rather spend our resources on the actual projects. Sometimes the paperwork for real estate in Uttar Pradesh can be a real headache, and things take longer than you’d hope. We just try to be straight with people about that. We aren't here to give anyone a slick sales pitch. We just know this area well and we know how to get things built here. Some days are just spent on the phone or driving between different sites. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is doing what they’re supposed to do. We’ve been part of the Gusiganj community for a while and we plan to keep at it, one brick at a time, without any big fuss or complicated corporate talk. It is just us and the land.
