We’re located over at Pr-213 in Nehru Enclave, which is part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. Srp Green City is what we call ourselves, but really we’re just a few people working on local property projects. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all the administrative bits of the business. Gomti Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening right outside. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and visiting different plots of land to see how things are coming along. It’s practical work and doesn't always go as fast as we’d like. Sometimes the permits take forever or there’s a delay with the workers, but that’s just life in this industry. We aren’t interested in making big promises we can't keep. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. People from around the enclave know us, and we like it that way. It’s better to be local and accessible than some big company nobody can reach. We know the soil here and the local weather, which helps when you're trying to plan things out. It’s been a learning process for us too, but we’re getting better at it as we go. Just a normal business trying to help people find their spot in the city. We keep things simple.
