If you reach the Thadi Khana crossing in Lucknow, you are pretty much there. It’s a lively spot with a lot of people moving around, especially near the temple. Our office isn't very big, but it fits what we need. We have a few computers, some old chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. Working in a market area means there is always something going on outside, which can be distracting, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on building projects and heights, trying to make use of the space available in the city. It’s hard work and the weather in Lucknow doesn’t always help, especially in the summer. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just by walking past the market. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons are for meetings and phone calls. It’s a simple routine. We’ve had the same people working here for years, so we all know how to handle each other’s moods. It’s a decent way to make a living, and we like being part of the local community. We often keep the door open to let in a bit of a breeze.
