The office is really just a practical space where we handle the business side of things. It’s situated in a part of Lucknow that still feels a bit more open, which is nice. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Instead, it’s a place where we sit down with a notebook and plan out what needs to be done on our sites. Managing a dreamcity project or any kind of land development involves a lot of talking to local authorities and making sure the boundaries are right. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving out to see how the land looks. We have been operating from here for a while and we know the local landscape pretty well. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather isn't cooperating, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy brochures. We just want to get the houses or the plots ready like we said we would. It’s a small operation but we keep ourselves busy every single day here in Kulhad Khera. There is always someone coming by to ask about the land or check on some paperwork.
