Spectra Builders & Colonisers Private Limited is located at Plot No-6 in Gajraha Purwa, which is in the Khurram Nagar area. We have been operating from this spot for some time now, focusing on building up local colonies and housing. Khurram Nagar is a busy part of the city, and Gajraha Purwa has its own unique feel to it. Our office at Plot No-6 is where we do all our planning and meet with the people who are interested in what we are building. We are not a giant company with thousands of projects. We prefer to stay small and focus on a few things at a time. This way, we can actually see what’s happening on the ground every day. Building a colony involves a lot more than just putting up houses; you have to think about the land and how people are going to live there. We spend a lot of time walking around the plots and talking to the laborers. It’s not a glamorous job and there is a lot of mud and dust involved, but we enjoy seeing a project come together. We don't have a flashy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build houses that stay standing and make sense for the neighborhood. It is a simple business run by people who grew up around here and know the land in Gajraha Purwa better than anyone.
