We have a few rooms where we do the paperwork and keep our maps. Most days are spent talking to contractors or checking on building supplies. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. The traffic on IIM Road can be quite heavy, but it’s a main route so it helps us stay connected. We started this because we saw a lot of need for solid construction in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just see our signs on the sites we are working on. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like seeing a project come together.
