Sngf Real Ventures And Conceptions is basically our group of people working out of Gomti Nagar. We're situated in Vijayant Khand, right at 2/74. Lucknow has changed a lot, especially this side of town, and we've been watching it grow from our little office. We handle real estate stuff, which usually means a lot of paperwork and meeting people at different plots. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us busy. Most of the time we are just sitting around discussing how to handle the next project or looking at land papers. Gomti Nagar is a nice area, though it gets quite noisy during the day. We don't have a big corporate setup with receptionists and all that. It's more of a place where you walk in and find us working at our desks. Sometimes we go out to see the sites ourselves to make sure things are moving. The weather in Uttar Pradesh gets really hot, so we usually try to do the outdoor visits early. We started this because we wanted to do something local. It’s a lot of back and forth with buyers and sellers. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. People know where we are if they need to talk about property. It’s just a regular business trying to make a living in the city. We’ve been at this for some time now and like the work.
