SND Developers Private Limited is located at 3/24 Virat Khand in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. If you know Lucknow, you know Gomti Nagar is a pretty established place to be. Our office is in a residential block, so it’s actually quite peaceful compared to the busy markets downtown. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, handling various development projects around the city. The office is just a regular house setup where we’ve converted a couple of rooms for work. We have maps on the walls and a few computers, but mostly it’s just us sitting around a table discussing our next steps. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We spend a lot of time coordinating with contractors and checking on site progress. Sometimes things go according to plan, and other times we’re stuck waiting for materials to arrive or for the rain to stop. That’s just the nature of development work. We aren't big on fancy talk or promotional stuff. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a decent job with them. On most days, you’ll find us busy with phone calls or heading out to meet someone at a site. It’s a small, local operation, and we like keeping it that way because it makes everything more manageable. We just take it one day at a time.
