We are located in Flat No A-3 on the first floor of Ratan Apartment, right across from H Park in Lucknow. It’s a nice spot because having the park right there gives us a bit of a view when we need a break from looking at the computer. Our office for SK DEVELOPER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We have our files in the back and a small meeting area in the front. House No C-21 is easy enough to find if you know the area. We do a lot of our work right from these rooms, though we’re often out visiting different sites across the city. Construction in Lucknow can be a bit of a challenge with the narrow streets and the traffic, but we manage. We’ve got a small team and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing paperwork or going to the site to check on the bricks. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We like being near H Park because it’s a landmark people recognize. We’ve spent many late nights here finishing up bids or checking our project timelines. It’s just how we operate. No fancy bells or whistles here, just people doing their jobs.
