We are Sj Infra Developer Private Limited, located at 2/A 263 in Vrindavan Yojna on Raibareli Road. This part of Lucknow is really starting to fill up with new houses and shops. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. It is a basic setup where we handle the day-to-day tasks of being a developer. We aren't some big firm from a skyscraper; we are just here on Raibareli Road trying to build decent spaces. The office usually has a few people coming in to check on plot details or construction progress. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various contractors and suppliers. Sometimes the road outside gets really congested, which makes things slow, but that is just Lucknow for you. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have maps of the colony and schedules for the workers. Every day is a bit different. One day we are dealing with a plumbing issue on a site and the next we are sitting here doing taxes. It’s a lot of practical work and not much glamour. We have been in Vrindavan Yojna for a while and we’ve seen the whole area change. We just keep working away at our own projects and try to stay busy. It isn't always easy but we just keep at it.
