Our place is located in the Bhatgaonbanthara area of Lucknow, specifically in the village and post section. It's not in the big city center, which we actually prefer because it's quieter and closer to where we do a lot of our development. Neeraj Kumari’s place is where we set up our base. Being a real estate developer means a lot of travel between different plots of land and meeting with various people about property. We spend most of our mornings checking on things outside before it gets too hot. The roads around here can be a bit rough during the rains, and sometimes we have to wait for the mud to dry before we can get a truck through, but we manage. We aren’t a huge office with hundreds of employees. It is more of a small group of us trying to get things built properly without making a big fuss. We know this part of Lucknow quite well. Dealing with land and maps takes up most of our headspace. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up at the local office, but we just work through it slowly. Living and working in the village gives us a different perspective on how things should grow over time. It is a slow process sometimes. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the land and see what can be done with it. That’s what we do every day. People come by to ask about plots or just to talk about what’s happening in the local market. It’s pretty straightforward and we like it that way.
