Singhroy Homes Private Limited is located at Plot No. 5/739Sector-5 Gomti Nagar. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit. We do home building and related projects. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big PR department or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built in the neighborhood. The office is usually a bit chaotic with papers and maps everywhere. We try to keep it organized, but when you’re busy, it’s hard. We talk to a lot of families who want to build something. We try to explain the costs and the time it takes without making it sound like a sales pitch. We just tell them what we know. Construction is messy and it takes time. We don’t hide that. Sector-5 is a nice area and we like being based here. It’s central enough for us to reach our different sites quickly. We have a small crew that has been with us for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Lucknow. We just want to do the jobs we have and do them right. Sometimes we run into issues with materials or labor, but we handle it as it comes. It's a day-to-day business. We keep our overheads low so we can stay practical. If you’re near Plot 5/739, you’ll see our sign out front. We usually have some samples of bricks or tiles lying around in the corner near the entrance.
