Shyamkunj Enclave (Opc) Private Limited

My company, Shyamkunj Enclave, is an OPC, which means it’s a one-person company, though I have some help from time to time. I’m based at Plot No. 11 B & 12, Khasra No. 153 C in Gram Sikrori, Lucknow. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where the work is. Gram Sikrori is a developing area, so there is always something going on with land or building. I spend most of my day dealing with the logistics of the enclave projects. It’s a lot of responsibility to handle everything yourself, from the accounts to the site inspections. My office is just a simple space with my computer and a bunch of files stacked up on the floor. I don’t have a fancy secretary or a lobby. If you call, you’re usually talking directly to me. I’ve lived in Lucknow my whole life and I know how the real estate business works here. It can be tricky and there are always hurdles with electricity or road access, but I just keep pushing through. I’m not trying to build a massive empire. I just want to manage my plots well and make sure the people who buy into Shyamkunj Enclave are getting what they paid for. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes I’m still working late into the night, but it’s my business and I care about how it’s run. I hope to see this area grow into a nice community soon.
