We’ve been working out of Chinhat for a while now, specifically over here at Plot 10C in Rani Vihar. Our office is easy to find if you’re familiar with the Ganeshpur area. It’s not a huge fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle all the developer work for our projects around Lucknow. Most days, it’s just us dealing with paperwork and meeting people who want to know about the land in Rehmanpur. The heat in Lucknow gets pretty bad sometimes, so we try to do most of our site visits early in the morning. We started Shubhjmr Developersprivate Limited because we saw how much this part of the city was growing. It used to be much quieter around here, but now there are houses going up everywhere. We handle things on Khata No 504 and 518. It’s hard work, and sometimes the local regulations take forever to clear, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state, just focusing on what we can manage well in our own neighborhood. If you walk past the Rani Vihar plots, you’ll probably see our team. We spend a lot of time on the ground rather than sitting behind desks. It’s more honest that way. People around here know us by name, which is how we like it. We’re just local folks trying to build something decent.
