Shubhivilla Houses Private Limited

Shubhivilla Houses Private Limited is located over in Indira Nagar. We are specifically at Plot No-29, A-51 in Santpuram, which is part of the Takrohi area. It is a residential neighborhood, so we are right in the middle of where we usually work. We build houses and handle all the small details that go along with that. The office is not huge, just a spot on Plot 29 where we keep the blueprints and meet with people who are interested in building. Being in Santpuram is handy because we can easily check on the houses we are working on nearby. We do not have any big corporate goals or things like that. We just build things one at a time. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get quite messy with the dust and the construction noise. We are just a local crew doing our best to get the jobs done. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking around the different sites. We do not have a fancy website or a dedicated sales team. People usually just find us by walking past our office or hearing about us from a neighbor. It is a very basic way to run a business but it works for us. We like being part of the Takrohi community. We just stick to what we know, which is building houses.
