We are located at 2/251 Virat Khand, which is right in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which fits since we are into home development. Shubhaashaya Home Developers is basically a group of us who wanted to build houses that actually make sense for families. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices. This is our main base. We often have people dropping by to ask about plots or construction updates. The office is pretty lived-in. There are files everywhere and usually some half-finished cups of coffee on the tables. We know the local regulations and the neighborhood very well because we live and work right here. Developing homes is a lot of responsibility, and we don't take it lightly. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure they are doing what they are supposed to. Sometimes we have to be a bit tough to get things done right, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We build houses. That’s it. We try to make sure they are sturdy and worth the money people put into them. Being in Virat Khand means we are easy to find, and we like that accessibility. It’s a busy life, balancing the site visits with the office work, but it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been at this for a while and plan to stay for much longer.
