Shriganesh Infra Buildtech Privatelimited is located over at G-1, 6, 7 in Ravindra Garden, Aliganj. It’s a nice enough area in Lucknow. We have these ground floor units which make it easy for us to move in and out with our equipment and files. Aliganj is a busy place, but Ravindra Garden has its own pace. We’ve been working out of here for a while. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some desks and chairs and a whole lot of files from different projects we’ve worked on. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re more about getting the job done than how the office looks. The team is just a handful of people who know construction and infrastructure. We spend a lot of our time out in the sun at different sites around the city. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or have a quick tea. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of us have lived in Lucknow our whole lives. We know how the local authorities work and how to get things moving. It’s not always smooth sailing, but we’ve learned how to handle the hiccups. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We're just glad to have a steady place to work from every day with people we know.
