Shri Trimulanath Buildtech Private Limited is located at Flat 206 in the Shri Krishna Fort Apartment. It is right on Faizabad Road, which is always loud with traffic. Chinhat is a busy part of Lucknow and we have been here for a while. We started this company because we knew how to build things and wanted to work for ourselves. The apartment is where we keep the office. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the files and a few chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time out on the road visiting sites anyway. Lucknow is changing so fast. You see new buildings and roads appearing everywhere you look. We wanted to be a small part of that growth. We do not do any flashy advertising or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or because they know someone we worked for before. It is mostly about getting the materials on the site at the right time. That is often the hardest part of the whole job. Dealing with the heavy traffic on Faizabad Road can take up half your morning if you are not careful. We usually have a lot of phone calls to make to suppliers. Some days are just about checking the levels on a new foundation in the sun. It gets really hot in the summer, but the work has to go on. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a simple way of running a business.
