Shri Siddhkripa Devcon Private Limited is located over at Pinto Park-2. We are situated C/O Jasveer Singhadarsh Nagar. It is a local spot where everyone kind of knows each other. Our office is a simple place, nothing fancy, just where we handle the day-to-day business of construction and development. Being in Adarsh Nagar means we are right in the heart of the community. We spend most of our time out on site, making sure the work is moving along as it should. Construction is one of those things where you have to be there in person to see what is actually happening. You can't run a building site from a computer screen. We have been working in this area for a while and have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. Our team is small and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. We don't have a lot of meetings about meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done that day and go do it. If there is a problem with a supply delivery or the weather turns bad, we just figure out a way around it. It is practical work for practical people. Most of the folks who come to see us are just looking for someone to help them build their home or a shop. We sit down, have some tea, and look at the plans together. It is a very direct way of doing business.
