Our office for ShrestH DKK Infra Developers is at Plot Number 63 in Mohibulla Pur Khadri. We are right along the Sitapur Road, which is a very busy stretch of highway. There is always a lot of noise from the trucks and buses heading out of Lucknow or coming in from the north. Being on such a main road makes it easy for us to get our materials and move around to different sites. The office itself is just a functional space. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and where the team sits to discuss the latest projects. It can get pretty dusty because of all the traffic on Sitapur Road, so we are always cleaning the windows. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or designer furniture. It’s just a place to work. We have a small stove in the back to make tea, which we do pretty much every hour. It helps keep the energy up when things get stressful. Most of the people around here are also in some kind of trade or business, so it’s a hardworking neighborhood. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build infrastructure and try to make sure everything is done properly. It’s a simple setup, but it’s enough for what we need to do each day. We hope the road isn't too blocked when we have to go out on a job.
