SHIVSHARAN INFRAESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here at D-1325 in Indira Nagar, right in the middle of Lucknow. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way because there is always something going on just outside our door. Shivsharan Infraestate has been around this neighborhood for a bit and we spend most of our mornings just getting through the usual paperwork that comes with property work. People stop by the office to ask about different plots or just to see what’s new in the area. Lucknow is growing so fast lately and you can see it every time you step outside and look at the new buildings. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various sites across the city. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just dealing with maps and legal documents that seem to never end. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and a lot of files piled up in the corners. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s just how it is here in the summers. We handle a lot of the small details that people don’t usually think about when they look at a piece of land. It takes a lot of time to get everything right and sometimes things move slower than we want. But we keep at it every day because this is our home too. You get to know the neighbors and the other shop owners around Indira Nagar after a while. It’s a decent place to work.
