Shiv Vardan Builders Private Limited is based at H.No 117/1A in the Ayodhya Puri Colony. We are right near where Ravi Sharma is, on Balaji Road. It is a familiar spot for a lot of people in the neighborhood. We have been doing this for quite some time now, mostly focusing on local building projects and helping people get their homes sorted. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a regular house that we have converted into a workspace. You will usually find a few of us sitting around the main table, going over drawings or arguing about which supplier to use for the next batch of cement. Balaji Road can get pretty crowded, but we like being in the heart of the community. It means we are never too far from the sites we are managing. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or someone telling their neighbor about us. It is a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We have seen Ayodhya Puri Colony change a lot over the years, and it is nice to know we had a hand in some of that. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to build things that last. If you are walking down Balaji Road, you will see our sign. We are usually there till late.
