Our business, Shesh Vihar Infraestate Private Limited, is based at 11B/98 in Sanatan Nagar, which is part of the Kamta area in Chinhat, Lucknow. It’s a growing part of town, and we’ve been here long enough to see the landscape change quite a bit. We focus on real estate and infrastructure projects, which basically means we help people with land and the building work that goes with it. The office is a simple place where we manage all the legal stuff and keep our records in order. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lot of polished marketing. We’re just a small group of people who know this area of Lucknow very well. A lot of our time is spent out on different plots of land, checking on things and meeting with people who are looking to buy or sell. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and dealing with the local authorities to make sure everything is legal and above board. We try to be very practical and honest with everyone we deal with. Real estate can be tricky, so we just explain things as they are, without any sales talk. We spend our days mostly on the phone or out at a site, and when we are in the office, there is always some tea being made. It’s a relaxed but busy atmosphere. We just want to get the work done and help the neighborhood grow in a sensible way.
