We are Shabdateet Infra Estate, and you can find us at the Engineering College Chauraha. Our office is FF-202 in Narayan Plaza. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the Lucknow area. Being near the engineering college means there’s always a lot of students and traffic around. We do infrastructure and estate work, which mostly involves looking at maps and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on progress. Some days are slow and we just sit in the plaza drinking tea, and other days we don't have time to eat. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home. The office isn't anything special, just some chairs, tables, and a lot of files piled up. Dealing with construction and land in 226021 can be a bit of a headache with all the rules. We try to explain things simply to anyone who comes in. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door. It’s hard work, but we like being part of how the city is built. Lucknow is growing fast, and there’s always something new happening around the Chauraha. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for everyone we work with and easy for clients to visit.
