Being inside a residential complex like Park Infinia gives the office a much calmer vibe than being on a main street. It is a flat that we have converted into our working space. You walk in and it feels like a mix between a home and a workplace. We have the usual office equipment set up in the rooms. Rae Bareilly Road is a major route, so we are well-connected to the rest of the city, but once we are inside the Eldeco gates, it is quite peaceful. We spend our days here going over technical drawings and managing the logistics of our build projects. There is no corporate lobby or anything like that. You just come up to the flat. It is a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary overhead of a big commercial tower. We have a small table where we take our breaks and a few shelves for all the manuals and files we need. It is a decent place to work, and we have gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for us here in Lucknow. We do not need much else besides a quiet room and a reliable internet connection to get our work done. Sometimes we even forget we are in an office because it feels so much like a regular home.
