Scrb Infratech Private Limited is located in Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. Specifically, we are at A-27. It’s a nice enough area of the city. We’ve been operating here for some time now, focusing on local infrastructure tasks. Lucknow has grown a lot, and we’ve seen the streets change over the years. Our team is small and we don't really do the whole corporate thing. We wear jeans to work and talk to our clients like neighbors. Most of the time we are out looking at sites or meeting with vendors. The office in Nirala Nagar is where we do the planning and the boring stuff like taxes and permits. We know the local regulations pretty well by now. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments. Construction is a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. There are always delays or rain or some other problem, but we just keep at it. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just like doing solid work in our own city. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. It’s a simple setup that works for the kind of projects we take on. We just stay focused on the bricks and the blueprints. There is plenty of work to do and we just want to keep busy.
