Scarlet Maple Woods is based at Plot No. C/3/110 in Sector-C, Pocket-3 of Sushant Golf City. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the middle of Lucknow, which is nice for getting things done. We work on various land and housing projects in this area. Our office is right where the action is, so we can see how the new developments are taking shape. It’s a lot of work keeping track of different plots and making sure everything is where it should be. We aren't into big, flashy advertisements. Instead, we just focus on the daily tasks of managing the infra projects. Most of our guys are local and they know these streets and plots better than anyone. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons back at the plot office handling all the files. It can be a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a polished corporate image. We are just real people working in the housing sector.
