Sbs Infra Build Private Limited is on the second floor of the J.C Complex, which is located at Plot No. 1 on Faizabad Road in Indira Nagar. Being in this part of Lucknow means we are always surrounded by the sound of horns and people moving about. It’s a very busy area, but it’s good for business because everyone knows where J.C Complex is. We handle infrastructure and building projects, which mostly involves a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, sample tiles, and half-empty cups of chai scattered around. We aren't the type of people to worry about having a perfect-looking office; we care more about what’s happening at the construction sites. A lot of our time is spent talking to contractors and trying to fix problems that pop up out of nowhere. One day it might be a broken machine and the next day it’s a shortage of steel. We just handle it and keep moving. We’ve been in the Indira Nagar area for a while and we’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around us. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition, but we just focus on our own tasks. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past our office.
