Our company is located in Telibagh, specifically in the Sarpot Ganj area of Lucknow. We are set up at the place of Kunwar Bahadur Singh and Hari Ram. It’s a very local, family-feeling kind of setup. We work in the infraestate business, so we are always looking at land and properties around this side of Lucknow. The office is pretty quiet most mornings until the site visits start. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. It is just a place where we sit down with people and look at maps and documents. Telibagh is a busy area, but our little corner is where we get the real work done. We deal with all kinds of people, from those looking for a small plot to people wanting to invest in bigger land deals. It is a lot of back-and-forth and waiting for approvals from the authorities. Sometimes it feels like we are doing more paperwork than actual building, but that is how it works in this industry. We have been in Lucknow for a while and we know the land here. We just try to keep things simple and talk to people like neighbors rather than clients. It is just a regular local business trying to help the city grow in its own way. Nothing more, nothing less than that. We don't have any fancy mission statements, we just try to be useful and do the job right.
