Sashking Developers Private Limited is located over in Nazar Bagh. Our office is actually Flat No. 102 on the first floor of building 106/96. It’s a bit of an old area in Lucknow, so the streets can get quite narrow and crowded, especially during the market hours. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the office is mostly just where we handle the day-to-day things. There are stairs you have to walk up to get to us, and the hallway can be a little dark sometimes. Inside, we have a few computers and a lot of registers where we write everything down. It isn't a flashy corporate space, just a practical one where we sit and talk about land and buildings. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs brings us a few cups while we are discussing the latest site updates. We have a small balcony where we keep some potted plants, but they struggle a bit with the dust from the road. The neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses or families, so it feels very much like a community. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, but sometimes the government offices take their time and things move slowly. That’s just part of the job here. We mostly focus on our own tasks and try to make sure everything at the sites is moving along as it should without making any big fuss about it.
