SAROJ CONSTRUCTION REALBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of Flat 415 in Goel Enclave Phase-II, which is located in the Chinhat area. It's a fourth-floor office, so we get plenty of light while we work. Saroj Construction Realbuild is a small setup, and we like it that way. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a lot of staff in suits. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the paperwork while the rest of the crew is out at the construction sites. Chinhat is an interesting part of town because it’s growing so fast, and we’ve been part of that growth for a bit. We focus on building and real estate, but we keep our approach very simple. If someone has a question about a project, they usually just call our mobiles or stop by the flat. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to folks. We just explain how the building is going and what the next steps are. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve learned that being honest about the process is better than making promises we can't keep. The office is full of site samples and old folders, which shows we’ve been busy. We aren't looking to become a national giant. We just want to do good work right here in our own neighborhood. It’s a decent way to earn a living and keep the projects moving.
