We have been based in this 226016 area for a good amount of time. Land development is the main thing we do, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to people about plot boundaries. It is not very exciting work most of the time. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a couple of ceiling fans that have seen better days. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. It is just a place to get the work done. Lucknow is expanding fast, especially on this side, so there is always some news about land or new roads being planned nearby. We try to keep track of it all from our little spot in Indira Nagar. The neighbors are mostly families, so it is a residential vibe around the office. We usually start the day with some tea and a look at the local newspapers to see what is happening with the city planning. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We do not promise anything fancy, we just do the land work we know how to do.
