Sandillya Developers Private Limited is located at Khadri Mohibullapur on STP Road in Madiyown. Our specific spot is at Plot Kh.No-35 in Vednath Puram. It is a bit on the outskirts of Lucknow, so it is a little quieter than the main city parts, though that is starting to change as more people move out this way. Working in development out here means we spend a lot of time looking at empty plots of land and trying to figure out where the pipes and roads should go. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room. Usually, we just have the windows open and a few fans going while we look over the site plans. The dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning off our desks. We’ve had to learn how to deal with all sorts of local issues, like the rain turning the site into a swamp or the electricity going out right when we need to print something. It’s just us and a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. We know the area well and we’ve seen it grow from nothing into a proper neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure each job is done well enough. There are no shortcuts in this kind of work, and we don't try to find any.
