We started SAIAVI DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED a while ago here in Khargapur. Our office sits right on Plot No. 13, just near P.S Lawn if you are driving through Kausalpuri. It is a busy spot in Gomti Nagar but we like it here. Most days are spent looking at plans or dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with development work. We aren't a giant firm with fancy lobbies or slick talking points. It is mostly just us working through projects one at a time. Sometimes the rain slows things down or supplies do not show up when they should, but that is just how this business goes. We have stayed in this part of Lucknow because it is where we know the land and the people. Neighbors often stop by the office to ask about what is going up next on the local plots. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the actual building work done without too much fuss or extra noise. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is part of the job. Being near the lawn makes it pretty easy for folks to find us. We don't have a massive team, just a few dedicated people who show up every morning. We deal with the local permits and the heat just like everyone else around here. It is hard work, but we have been at it for a bit now and plan to stay. Nothing fancy, just a local office doing local work.
