Sahejdarsh Constructions Llp

Sahejdarsh Constructions Llp is based out of the Rohtas Golf Link Apartment on Park Road in Lucknow. We are in unit NW-601. It’s a nice area, quite green compared to the rest of the city, and being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a breeze. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels very much like a home. We have desks in what would have been the living room. It’s a comfortable way to work, even if it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We focus on construction projects around Lucknow. A lot of our time is spent on the phone with site managers or visiting different parts of the city to see how things are progressing. Park Road is a good central spot for us to get around from. We don’t really do any fancy marketing. Most of the people we work with have known us for years. We keep our records in big binders and try to stay on top of the costs. It’s a lot of math and a lot of talking. Sometimes we have meetings on the balcony if the weather is nice. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us doing our best to get buildings finished on time. We like the work, even when it’s stressful. It’s rewarding to see a project go from a drawing to a real building.
