Sagun Annapurna Construction Private Limited

We’ve been running Sagun Annapurna Construction Private Limited for a bit now. Our spot is at Sri Amar Nath Awasthi’s place in Durgapuri Colony, Nilmatha. It’s a busy little area and we like being part of the neighborhood. Most days we are out on sites or dealing with materials, so the office is just where we keep the paperwork and meet people. It’s nothing fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. We mostly handle building projects around here and try to keep things moving as scheduled. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a delivery is late, but that is just how construction goes. We have a small crew that has been with us for a while. Everyone knows their job. We don’t really go for big speeches or fancy ads because the work usually speaks for itself when people walk by the sites. If you’re looking for us, just ask around Durgapuri Colony. It’s easy to find once you get into Nilmatha. We try to be fair with people and stay honest about what we can do in a day. It’s not always easy work, and some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to finish a roof or pour a foundation before the weather changes. We’ve seen the area grow quite a lot since we started. There are always new houses going up or old ones being fixed, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year.
