Safalta Infrahousing Private Limited is based out of Lucknow, specifically at E-2/25 in Sushant Golf City. This part of Lucknow is quite nice and has been growing a lot lately. We’ve been operating here for a while now, focusing on housing and infrastructure. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done and meet with people. We don't really go for that polished corporate look because it's not our style. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get things sorted. Every day brings something different, whether it's looking at sites or finishing up paperwork. The 226030 area has become quite busy, so there’s always something happening. We aren't the type to use big slogans or promise the world. We just try to do a solid job with the projects we take on. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the process of seeing things through. Being in Sushant Golf City means we are right where the action is for new developments. We have a small team of local folks who know the city well. We just show up every morning and do our best to stay organized. It’s a simple business run by regular people.
