We are based at 17, Private Shanti Sadan, which is in the Paper Mill Colony area of Nishatganj. It’s a bit of an older neighborhood, and we like it there. Rs Excello Projects Llp is our small outfit. We handle various project work around this part of town. The office is in a quiet spot, which is nice when you need to actually think about a budget or a plan. We’ve been doing this for a while now. It started out with just a couple of us and some basic tools. Now we have a bit more, but we still feel like the same small team. Nishatganj is a good place to work out of because we can get to most parts of the city without too much trouble. Construction is messy and loud, so it's good to have a home base like Shanti Sadan to go back to at the end of the day. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are. Sometimes we take on a project that’s a bit bigger than we’re used to, and it takes every bit of energy we have to get it done. But that’s how you learn. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. It keeps us busy and the bills paid. Everyone here just pitches in when there is extra heavy lifting to do.
