Our office is at A-39 Sainik Nagar. It’s near the tower on Rbl Road in Lucknow. Being in Lucknow-226002 puts us in a busy spot. Royalsight Infraheights Private Limited is our name. We do a lot of work related to land and building heights. Most of our day involves traveling between the office and the different plots we are developing. It’s a lot of driving around Uttar Pradesh. The area near the tower is usually quite active. We have a small group of people working here. We don't use any corporate talk because we aren't a big corporation. We are just locals. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by the windows. It’s part of the life here. We deal with the local municipality and make sure all the papers are in order. It's not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done. We focus on getting the buildings done right. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just show up and do the work. Sainik Nagar is a good community, and we like being part of it. If you see us near the Rbl Road, we are probably on our way to check a site. We value the practical side of things more than anything else. Just simple building work for simple needs. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual construction. It's a steady and humble business.
