Rooffort Infracon Private Limited is based out of Akilapur in Lucknow. Our office is actually at the residence of Smt Gajala Aazam and Mohd Salman Khan. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it works for us. We do a lot of building work across the 226021 area. Working in Lucknow has its own pace, you know? Things move a bit differently here than in the big cities. We spend our mornings checking on sites and the afternoons doing the accounts. It started as a small idea and now we have a few projects going on at once. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we are a private limited company. We don’t have a high-rise office with glass walls. It’s a local spot where people can just come and talk about their construction needs. We deal with brick, mortar, and the heat every day. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule, but we deal with it. People around here know Salman and the family. We try to keep things simple and avoid the complicated corporate talk that doesn't really mean much to regular folks. Just honest work on the ground. We have a few staff members who help with the heavy lifting and the logistics. It’s a steady life and we are glad to be part of the Lucknow community. There is always a lot to do, but we take it step by step.
