RKSM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We sit here at House Number 92 in Sun City, right in the Jankipur Extension area of Lucknow. It is a quiet spot most days, though the traffic on the main road can get a bit loud during the rush. RKSM Constructions is basically us, a few people in a small office surrounded by blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea. We started this because we knew how to put things together and figured we might as well do it under our own name. It is not some fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It is just desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of phone calls to suppliers. Lucknow is changing fast, and you can see new houses popping up everywhere you look. We spend a lot of our time out on the sites, checking if the brickwork is straight or if the sand arrived on time. Sometimes the weather in Uttar Pradesh makes it hard, especially when it is pouring rain and the mud gets everywhere. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss. People come by the office to talk about their plans, and we sit down and try to figure out the costs. It is mostly just a lot of practical talk about cement, steel, and how many days a job will take. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just a door that stays open when it's not too hot out.
