Ridhivinayak Homes is located out at Plot No 76, Khasara No 900 in Ayodhaya Puri, Gudaura. This is in the Lucknow area, but a bit further out where things are still developing. We picked this spot because there’s plenty of space and we can actually see the land we are working on. The office is pretty basic, just a small building on the plot where we handle the sales and the paperwork. It gets quite dusty out here with all the new construction, so we’re always cleaning the windows and the desks. We spend a lot of time walking around the site and talking to people who are looking to buy a bit of land or a house. It’s not a glamorous job. Most days involve a lot of sun and a lot of talking to contractors. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on people seeing what we’re doing and telling their friends. Lucknow is growing so fast, especially in areas like Gudaura, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand. Sometimes the paperwork at the local offices takes forever, which can be frustrating, but that’s just part of the deal. We keep it simple and honest with everyone who comes by. If you’re looking for us, just head towards Ayodhaya Puri and look for the plot markers. We are usually around from morning till late evening most days.
