Richbond Infra is located at Shop-2 on the upper ground floor of 92/177 Gautam Buddh Marg in Lucknow. This is a very busy part of the city, and being in a shop-style office means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The office is small but we’ve squeezed in everything we need to run our infrastructure business. We are on the UGF, so it’s easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. Most of our time is spent managing projects and dealing with the usual headaches of the construction industry. We have piles of blueprints and invoices scattered around because we are always in the middle of something. Gautam Buddh Marg is a loud place, and the sounds of the street are always in the background while we work. We don’t have a fancy dress code or polished presentations. Usually, we are just in our regular clothes, drinking some tea and trying to figure out how to get a truck through the city traffic. Our team is local, and we understand how things work here in Lucknow. We don’t make big claims about being the biggest or anything like that. We just do our work, pay our workers, and try to keep things moving. It is a basic, no-nonsense way of running things, and it has worked for us so far in this busy market where everything is always changing.
