We are over at A 236/I 362 in Omaxe City, which is out on Raebareli Road in Lucknow. It’s a newer part of the city, so there is always some sort of building work happening nearby. Our office is part of the township, and it’s a quiet enough place to get our planning done. Renovatio Developers is just a small group of us who decided to focus on development projects around this side of Lucknow. We spend a lot of time driving up and down Raebareli Road, checking on progress or meeting with workers. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of materials. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us directly. The office has the usual stuff—desks, a few chairs, and too many empty chai cups. We like being in Omaxe City because it’s where a lot of the growth is happening right now. It can get a bit lonely out here compared to the middle of town, but it gives us the space we need. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people living here. It is a basic operation, run by local people who understand how things actually work on the ground in this part of Uttar Pradesh.
